COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Neles Jamesbury VPJ10CQ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nematron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nematron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nov-Md-Totco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron such as the 4924T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TNP80072 manufactured by Nematron and we are pleased to be able to service most Nematron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LM2E6180RMT1 by Manufacturer Nov-Md-Totco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nippon Brand SGW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by North-American-Imaging such as P570S110 equipment made by North-American-Imaging have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire North-American-Imaging products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "North-American-Imaging" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3120B1004TP0024P4000 made by North-American-Electric as well as the popular 4S6042012 original spares produced by Nikon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D21240100 by Nook and P570S110 spares by North-American-Imaging are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PE284TC156 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer North-Americna-Electric. |
